Fast food is when you want to lose weight (unless you have a cheat day that is) no no. You better stick to healthy recipes that will help your weight loss goals rather than later. However, this does not mean you can not enjoy a meal type "fast food" why you are dieting. Here is one of my favorite recipes to lose weight hamburger and fries healthy. You get the flavor of frying without the extra calories and guilt that comes with it.
The burgers are made with extra lean ground beef or meat and fries (or corners) ground turkey are made of sweet potato - a delicious alternative to the traditional variety. We'll also use the coconut oil instead of other oils because of the amazing health benefits that coconut oil provides. It also provides a nice flavor when cooking with it.

For 4 people
Ingredients for Burgers
• 500g extra lean minced beef (or turkey works well too)
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 chilli - finely chopped
• 1 x egg
method
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and divide into 4 portions.
Knead each part so that everything fits well together, then flatten
as hamburger.
Two. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and fry shallow around
4 minutes on each side.

• 2 large sweet potatoes
• powder 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• Coconut oil 1 tablespoon melted
method
1. Cut sweet potatoes to make them as shims.
Two. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and place on a large baking sheet in the oven at about 200 to 220 degrees C for 30-40 minutes.
Three. Serve with a bed of steamed vegetables.
This healthy weight loss recipe is perfect for those night or weekend when you feel like having a "take dirty" and not want to undo all the hard work and diligence to follow a program that you follow.
