As a woman who is over 40, I'm still looking for a weight loss plan for women over 40 who can easily fit into my lifestyle.

I recently read an article in the "Weight Loss Wonders of the great female doctors" Bottom Line Health. The article was about tested and not as proven natural ways to reduce appetite. It was written by Jane Guiltinan ND, clinical professor in the Centor Bastyer for Natural Health in Seattle. I found it very useful and thought I'd share with you so that you can lose your excess fat and weight for good!
