In my experience, the only weight loss programs that work are those that combine a good diet, dietary supplements and exercise course. Unfortunately there is no magic pill that deprive your body of those extra kilos and soft areas around your abdomen. The magic number is at least 30 minutes three or four times a week, but I think the number should have a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour, 3-5 times a week.
