You must be totally focused on eating when you eat meals. It has unfortunately become a trend in our society to have business discussions and do other things while eating.

4. Avoid eating late in the evening and at night because the body does not burn calories when we sleep. What you eat late at night can lead to weight gain. It is a good practice to remember to eat at least 2-3 hours before bedtime.

By implementing these tips in your daily life, you may begin to notice changes in your fitness levels. It might take a little time, but soon you may start to see weight loss. The key is to be consistent.
