Liquid Diet Plans For Weight Loss and Why This One Doesn't Work

All liquid meal plans are not the same. He recently asked me to review Martha Vineyard Diet Detox. My first reaction was to ask "what people really do that?"

But I packed. Look what gives the diet plan and how it intends to achieve these objectives. He promises that you will lose a pound a day and rid your body of toxins. On the map, you drink liquids every two hours, taking supplements with laxatives and enemas effects.

The author of this plan is Roni De Luz, a nurse, who seems to have an obsession with enemas. It offers organic coffee enema once a week, more enemas traditional water on other days.

Why would anyone think that the body needs help in rehabilitation? This is a great system in place. It consists of the skin, lungs, kidneys, liver and intestines. If it is not broke, why are you trying to solve this problem?

If you follow this plan, you will lose weight, but at what price. If the only source of fuel to keep it alive is a drink every two hours, then you will be deeply proteins. To survive, it will be necessary for the body to use muscle mass.

Any diet should solve the problem of keeping the weight when you return to a more normal configuration of power, but I see no advice to the plan, and I see how it could be. One thing I noticed is that you should not eat anything that requires chewing. Could make stupid comments on this diet, I would not have the energy to chew, but more seriously, many of us feel that chewing is useful for digestion and satiety.

I think Roni De Luz is unique among his colleagues naturopathy for more of them seem to advocate for better, cheaper way and punish weight loss and good health. This is to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, lean meats and low-fat dairy products whole grains, and avoid all processed food salt, and excess alcohol.
